
Ingredients:
½ cup Quick-Egg ® Pasteurized Liquid Whole Egg
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper (to taste)
3 stalks spring onions
1 pc. tomato
Ham (minced)
¼ cup cheese
Mix pasteurized liquid whole egg and milk in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and whisk for 1 minute. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium heat. Pour the egg mixture in the pan. Add small pieces of ham and sprinkle finely chopped spring onions, tomato across the omelette. Once the omelette starts to look like it’s cooked all the way through, add the grated cheese and let the omelette cook for another minute or so – until the cheese melts. Fold the omelette in half and serve.
