1 tsp melted butter
50 ml Quick-Egg ® Pasteurized Liquid Whole Egg
½ cup water½ cup hotcake mix
Mix all the ingredients – hotcake mix, pasteurized liquid whole egg, water and butter. Stir until the mixture is free from lumps. Heat a non-stick pan or flat skillet and lightly brush with oil. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture into the pan. Tilt pan from side to side to cover the pan. Cook until set. Flip to cook the other side. Do the same for the remaining mixture. Fill each crepe with desired filling. Roll up and serve.
