QUICK-EGG CHILLED PASTEURIZED LIQUID EGGS

Fresh eggs are washed, cracked, separated from shell, and heated to eliminate harmful microorganisms to ensure food safety. This is a ready to pour egg ingredient to your recipes and product formulations. Available in three variants: All Yolk, Egg White and Whole Egg.

EGGO PROTEIN DRINK 

 

A chilled ready-to-drink enriched with protein from pasteurized liquid egg whites and is available in three flavors: sweet blend barako, sugar free barako and tsokolate blend.

These protein drinks are made with locally grown liberica coffee beans and century old Criollo cacao beans, considered the best of its kind. A bottle of EGGO can give you at least 25% of our protein requirement.

ITLOGSAEYO ROASTED EGG

​

A delicious ready to eat Korean-style roasted egg that’s 100% all natural with no preservatives. Eggs are roasted slowly in dry heat with little to no water to take out the moisture. Brown color and firmer texture of egg whites making Itlogsaeyo unique and a cross between penoy and century egg.

BEPCO SANITIZED EGGS

Sanitized eggs are fresh eggs washed, sanitized with disinfectant and warm water, and chilled to ensure cleanliness of shell surfaces.

CHEF JOSE FRESH EGGS

In collaboration with the community and cooperatives, BEPCO launched gave name to the fresh eggs as Chef Jose’.  These eggs have name and production date printed on shells. Guarantees traceability. Available in white and brown eggs . 

 

These table eggs are supplied by BEPCO members that has passed various internal and external audits. Definitely the better eggs and aspiring to be compliant under the sustainable closed loop farming system.
